About us

Passionate about music. Dedicated to artists.

Lush Music Management is an Australian artist management and bookings agency built on genuine relationships, industry expertise, and a deep love of music.

Our story

Established in 2016, Lush Music Management was founded by Lisa Gabrielle — lyricist, producer, radio host, singer and musician — with one belief at its core: great artists deserve great representation. Music isn't just a business for us, it's in our blood.

Lisa's mother was a celebrated pianist and double cellist who performed with the WA Symphony Orchestra, and her cousin was a member of the iconic all-girl group Girlfriend — managed by Sony and rising to number one in 1993 with their hit single Take It From Me. That legacy of artistry and dedication is the foundation everything at Lush Music Management is built on.

Well known throughout the Australian music industry, Lisa's mentors include respected DJ Mark Pellegrini. She spent time in Melbourne getting to know some of the country's finest producers and building relationships that have shaped her approach to artist management ever since.

Returning to Perth in 2015, Lisa launched Lush Music Management in 2016 with an official launch at The Game Bar on Aberdeen Street during WAM's Music Week. Her network spans some of the country's most celebrated artists — including Malcolm Clarke of Sleepy Jackson, who has played alongside the likes of Empire of the Sun, Bob Evans, Little Birdie and more, and Anthony Jackson, previous member of Birds of Tokyo.

Lisa later began working at Pirate88Freo as a manager, eventually running the station independently from a space on High Street, Fremantle — and completing the TOTE Song of the Year solo. Today she runs Pirate88Freo and Lush Music Management side by side, championing independent music and emerging artists across Western Australia and beyond.
